On May 28, 2022, “Meeting on Cloud, Unfolding HZPT Charm”, cultural exchange activities between Chinese and Thai students, was held both online and offline. Zhao Yuelin, Vice President of HZPT, Chanchai Sanchan, President of Buengkan Technical College, and Li Yueming, Deputy Manager of Rui Pan (Beijing) International Education Technology Company attended the launch ceremony.
Chanchai Sanchan expressed his heartfelt thanks to HZPT for holding the online cultural exchange activities. Pointing out that online cultural exchange is a brand new mode, which has laid a solid foundation for further exchanges and cooperation between the two colleges and can effectively enhance the friendship between Chinese and Thai Students, he expected students of HZPT to study in Thailand in the future.
Zhao Yuelin introduced HZPT, including its history, international education development and overseas exchanges between students in recent years. Noting that since the first online training for Thai teachers in November 2020, HZPT has maintained close contact and stable cooperation with Buengkan Technical College, he expressed his sincere hope that the students of both colleges would deepen understanding, enhance friendship, learn from each other and make progress from mutual exchanges, and encouraged the youth to dedicate their wisdom and strength to promoting cultural exchanges between and common development of the two countries and build hand in hand a bright future.
At the exchange meeting, HZPT students vividly presented the extensive and profound Chinese traditional culture as well as advanced innovative scientific and technological achievements through performances of tea-making, ancient-style etiquette, LED programming, intelligent car, paper cutting, and fire-fighting robots. Thai students brought stories of traditional Thai festivals and cuisines through introducing Songkran Festival.
